I accept payment from Health Savings Accounts and Medical Flex spending accounts when they utilize a credit card format to disperse payment. I also accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. Please make payment through your client portal online which will be set up for you before we meet.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I do not bill your insurance company. However, Upon request, I am happy to provide a superbill for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.
- Cancellation Policy
We do not double-book so If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment time. You can reschedule through your client portal as long as you have over 24 hours before your current appointment time. Otherwise, you will automatically be charged the full rate of the session.
