Get Started TodayIntegrative Mental Health Counseling
Hello, my name is Stepheny and I am an Integrative Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I provide brain health therapy solutions for optimal mental health, through Art Therapy and Biochemical/Nutrition.
As a therapist trained in Art Therapy, I provide individual and group opportunities for clients with a wide variety of challenges across the lifespan. As an Amen Clinics trained clinician I recognize that within a diagnosis such as Addiction, ADHD, Depression, Dementia and many others diagnoses, there are different causal factors that dictate which treatment will be the most effective. This is often why one treatment works for one person but not another. That is why I’m here. To help you discern what your body needs and to support you on your path to greater wholeness, creativity, and joy.
I served in the U.S. military and my husband served 21 years in the military before he retired. Over those years, intimate knowledge of the sacrifices our vets and their families make, as well as the wounds they acquire along the way, became very real in our family. Because of this, I sought out integrative ways to approach and help heal mental health, which lead me to the study of mental health nutrition. Since then I continually seek to incorporate evidence-based practices to support each client’s unique healing and growing edge.
